Short description:

The HSE & Facility Management Coordinator is reporting to the Manager HSE, SMS & Facility Management. The HSE & Facility Management Coordinator is responsible for implementing and monitoring the company’s health, safety and environmental management system and facility management program.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the HSE and facility contracts

  • Follow up and control of the subcontractors’ key performance indicators

  • Identify HSE hazards within the terminal and make recommendations for corrective actions

  • Assess work permit requests based on the health and safety standards

  • Coordinate the implementation of the Airport Service Quality customer satisfaction survey   

  • Establish and maintain effective relations with the airport entities on HSE and facility management matters

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Health, Safety & Environment or any other related field

  • Previous experience in similar duties will be considered an advantage

  • Certificate on Nebosh will be considered an advantage

  • Fluency in Greek and English languages 

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
