Job Details

The IT&T Support Officer is reporting to the Senior Manager IT & T. The Officer is responsible for the day-to-day IT support and activities related to the organisation. Main areas of responsibility include the provision of second level of support and resolution of IT problems ensuring the satisfaction of the users; the follow up and updating of the status of faulty equipment and ensure their repair within the SLAs;  the installation, testing and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment and software; the management of PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software; the patch management for the Hermes workstations and upgrading for the workstations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any other related field

  • Minimum two years of work experience with Microsoft Windows Platform (Windows 10, Outlook and Microsoft products)

  • Knowledge and understanding of networking (TCP/IP), virtualization and related systems required for devices to use network resources successfully (DNS, DHCP).

  • Fluency in Greek and English languages
