Travelling from Cyprus to Ukraine

All foreign citizens planning to travel to Ukraine, must present a negative PCR test taken no later than 72 hours prior to their arrival in Ukraine, along with an insurance policy (certificate), issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine, which will have to cover the costs related to the treatment of COVID-19. The insurance policy should be valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine. Self-isolation will not be required.

Ukraine citizens returning from abroad, must present a negative PCR test taken a maximum of 48 hours prior to their arrival in Ukraine. Those arriving without a test, will have to install the application Vdoma and self-isolate for 14 days. Self-isolation can be completed ahead of time in case of a negative PRC test result. Ukraine citizens or persons with a residence permit, may not proceed in acquiring an insurance policy.
