Supporting you as you travel around the world with the Sunflower Lanyard
Hermes airports adopted the globally recognised Sunflower lanyard programme on December 3, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. By wearing the discreet yet distinctive green lanyard (neck cord) with yellow sunflowers – the programme’s trademark – travellers discreetly indicate to staff that they need special services such as more time, direct access to a sanitary area, or assistance with various procedures.
Simplifying the Self-Tagging and Baggage Drop-Off process
Recognizing the importance of the advanced technological applications and innovations Hermes Airports has proceeded with the installation of the Tagomat® and Bagomat kiosks at Larnaka and Pafos Airports. The operator of the airports further upgrades the passenger experience with this new equipment which is completely in line with the current travel standards and simplifies the Self-Tagging and Baggage Drop Off process.

A system which can serve up to 1,800 passengers per hour
In our consistent commitment to continuously upgrade our services, we have proceeded in the installation of automatic electronic entry gates (e-gates) at both Larnaka and Pafos airports. The system of automatic-electronic gates can serve up to 1,800 passengers per hour, a fact which is expected to contribute significantly to the reduction of your total queuing time.
