Your safety is our number one priority

For safety reasons, the Air Transport Regulatory Authorities prohibit or limit certain items from being carried with you onto the aircraft, whether in cabin baggage or in the aircraft’s hold. Certain exemptions apply for medicines, medical products, medical devices, and baby products, that you may need during the flight.

Security restrictions are subject to change; therefore, we recommend that you consult your airline or tour operator for obtaining the latest information before travelling.

Restricted Items

These are some items that you are restricted from taking onto the aircrafts, either in your carry-on or your hold baggage:

  • Lighters
  • Lighter fuel
  • Ammunition
  • Gas cartridges / refills
  • Firearms (including toy guns)
  • Paint
  • Knives
  • Acid
  • Mercury
  • Explosives
  • Weapons, or items that could be used as a potential weapon

Laptops will have to be removed from their case at the Security Control points.

The above list is not exhaustive, and further information about restricted items can be obtained from your airline or tour operator.
