Checking-in at Larnaka and Pafos airports
Airports can be confusing places especially for the first-time traveller. They are actually not too complex as long as you approach each step in order. Before departing, make sure you know your airline and flight number, found on your ticket or receipt. This will make navigating through our airports much easier.
Check your ticket or contact your airline for advice on checking-in times. The following times provide a general guide, but we advise you to arrive at least two hours before your flight to allow plenty of time. We recommend that you check with your airline for specific check-in times, as these may vary.
The check-in areas are clearly signed within each terminal. To find your check-in desk, look at the flight information screens at the entrances to the terminals. Check your airline, destination, flight number and time of departure to find the correct desk.
For an optimum and ‘seamless travel’, you can complete the entire airport journey towards the security check points without experiencing delays, disruption, or confusion. This means that you have the alternative to use self-service or online check-in.
Once you're over with the ckeck-in process, we recommend that you head straight to Security and towards the departure gates. We've got plenty of shops and restaurants to unwind in. Information screens in the departure areas show flights, boarding times and gate numbers. Boarding usually begins around 45 minutes to one hour before the departure of your flight.
