Hermes Airports, the operator of Larnaka and Pafos airports, informs the public that a Full-Scale Emergency Exercise will take place at Pafos Airport on 29 March 2019, according to the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
The aim of the exercise, which is organized by the airport operator in collaboration with various state and private entities operating at Pafos Airport, is to enhance the level of preparedness of the responsible authorities involved during airport terminal evacuation.
The exercise will commence at 17:00 and will be completed at 18:00. It is noted that no flights are scheduled to/from Pafos Airport during the exercise.
