Hermes Airports has achieved the Gold Accreditation of Investors in People (IIP) for the well-being practices implemented by the organization. The accreditation reflects Hermes Airports longstanding commitment in developing its People, as well as the ongoing improvement of its practices. The specific accreditation recognizes, among others, innovative practices introduced through the «Evexia | Being Well» program, which was launched in 2017, aiming to support employees in creating a happy, healthy, and productive life. Among others, the Evexia program established various initiatives such as the appreciation week, blood tests, massage sessions, parenting classes, hiking etc.
