Miltos Miltiadous

Born in Nicosia in 1963, Miltos Miltiadous holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, and a Masters in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 

Miltos has over 20 years in the aviation industry in various management roles. In 2006 he joined Hermes Airports and evolved through management roles with a focus on operations. Miltos has significant experience directing the smooth functioning of airport facilities, systems, equipment and services; overseeing airport projects and programs; managing large staff teams; and liaising with airport stakeholders and government agencies. 

In his role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both Larnaka and Pafos airports, as well as the Technical and Health, Safety & Environment functions. Miltos utilizes his knowledge, experience and abilities in designing and implementing strategies, creating effective lines of communication through his solutions-oriented approach.
