Natasa Iacovides was born and raised in Limassol. Her academic background includes a BSc in Business Administration and Management from the University of Piraeus in Greece and an MA in Human Resources Management from Thames Valley University in the UK. She is a certified Executive Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Natasa has a 20-year work experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2007, she joined Hermes Airports as a Human Resources Officer, and in 2013 she was promoted to the position of Senior Manager Human Resources. Additionally, Natasa assumed the role of the Code of Ethics & Compliance Officer of Hermes Airports in 2018. From 2013 until 2017 she was a Board Member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA) and the European Association for People Management (EAPM). In 2018, she became a member of the Airport Council International (ACI) Europe Leadership and Human Resources Forum, in 2020 was elected as Vice Chairperson and in 2021 she became the Chairperson of the Forum. Also, in 2019 she joined the Philoxenia Committee which is under the auspices of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
For Natasa work ethics, equal treatment and opportunities are an integral part of her principles; principles that govern Hermes Airports’ Human Resources department. Her motto is “every organisation is as strong as its people” and her primary goal is to maintain the healthy work environment which has been achieved in Hermes Airports. Her continuous passion, dedication and drive for excellence and her strong belief in the creation of a healthy organization led Hermes Airports to become accredited and acknowledged by established organisations on a national and international level, such as MEECO Gold Designation, Investors in People – Platinum Accreditation, Airports Council International (ACI) Europe HR Excellence Award and 3 Gold awards for People practices from the Cyprus HR Awards.
