Liquids, Aerosols, and Gels Policies

There are rules concerning quantity limits for liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs) that you may take on board the aircraft. In case you are carrying LAG items with you, you must place their containers in a single, transparent, resealable plastic bag, which itself must not exceed 1 litre in capacity (approximately 20cm x 20cm). The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably, and the bag must be sealed.

We recommend that you prepare the LAG items in your luggage before you arrive at the airport however, suitable transparent, resealable plastic bags are available for you at the Security Checkpoints of Larnaka and Pafos airports.

Only ONE transparent bag of liquids is permitted per passenger and must be presented for examination at the Security Checkpoints. Certain exemptions apply for medicines, medical products, medical devices and baby products that you may need during the flight.

The European Commission provides further information about LAG restrictions and exemptions.
